La cima offre un panorama spettacolare e si raggiunge con una strada sterrata a tratti impegnativa ma percorribile anche in Mtb. It is the highest mountain in the Province of Trapani with its 1110 m. The summit offers a spectacular panorama and can be reached with a dirt road which is sometimes demanding but can also be traveled by mountain bike.

Non ci sono strappi e alla fine si fanno poco meno di 1000 MT di dislivello. All'arrivo se non trovi le nuvole davvero una splendida vista. A path that, starting from balata di baida (or if you want from castello di baida to save a few meters in altitude), takes you to the top easily. There are no tears and in the end there are just under 1000 MT of altitude difference. Upon arrival if you don't find the clouds a really great view.

Una delle cose da fare almeno una volta nella vita. Reaching the summit after a journey of about 8 km gives incredible sensations, you find yourself at 1,110 meters above sea level (the highest peak in the province of Trapani) and you are able to embrace a large part of the entire Trapani area. One of the things to do at least once in a lifetime.

Il percorso fino alla cima (dove c'è l'antenna) è di 8.5km (2h35 circa di camminata sostenuta) e si alterna con tratti pianeggianti e altri un po' scoscesi. Fattibile anche in scarpe da tennis. Portare almeno 2 litri d'acqua a persona soprattutto a luglio. Il paesaggio è mozzafiato si vede da Favignana fino a Punta Raisi. Bellissimo!! 29/07/2020 We started the journey from Baida Castle (leaving the car there). The path up to the top (where the antenna is located) is 8.5km (about 2h35 of brisk walking) and alternates with flat sections and others a little steep. Also doable in tennis shoes. Bring at least 2 liters of water per person especially in July. The landscape is breathtaking and can be seen from Favignana to Punta Raisi. Very beautifull!! 07/29/2020
