★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il luogo e da favola spiecie nelle giornate limpide, si vede fino agli appennini.
Noi siamo saliti in bici da corsa, la salita tutto bene, il dramma è scendere strada da incubo, piena di buche, asfalto sconnesso.
Dopo 16 chilometri non sentivo più le mani.
A chi di dovere, non potete abbandonare così un luogo meraviglioso.
 The place is fabulous spiecie on clear days, you see up to the Apennines.
We got on a racing bike, the climb was all right, the tragedy is to go down the nightmare road, full of holes, uneven asphalt.
After 16 km I could not feel my hands.
To whom it may be, you cannot leave such a wonderful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panorama dalle Alpi agli Appennini (con Finsteraarhorn da una parte e Monte Penice dall'altra; vista sul Rosa ritratta da Carlo Cressini in un suo importante dipinto), parcheggio comodo e ottimo ristorante in vetta (polenta, pizzoccheri ecc. a prezzi buoni). Per salire seguite i cartelli stradali dal centro di Cernobbio per Rovenna; NON quelle di google, che in questo caso vi manda altrove! (e, se non siete abituati a guidare in montagna, fate attenzione: strada un po' stretta, ma non pericolosa).
Panorama from the Alps to the Apennines (with Finsteraarhorn on one side and Monte Penice on the other; view of the Rosa portrayed by Carlo Cressini in one of his important paintings), convenient parking and excellent restaurant on the top (polenta, pizzoccheri etc. at good prices). To go up, follow the road signs from the center of Cernobbio to Rovenna; NOT those of google, which in this case sends you elsewhere! (and, if you are not used to driving in the mountains, be careful: road a bit narrow, but not dangerous).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo il panorama. La vista spazia dalla pianura padana, Como, alle Alpi piemontesi. Monte Rosa, Alpi svizzere, valle d Muggio e monte Generoso, Sasso Gordona e tutto l'arco prealpina intorno al lago di Como. Comodo parcheggio. Interessante la visita al santuario con ristorante attiguo.
Beautiful view. The view stretches from the Po valley, Como, to the Piedmontese Alps. Monte Rosa, Swiss Alps, Muggio Valley and Monte Generoso, Sasso Gordona and all the pre-Alpine arch around Lake Como. Convenient parking. The visit to the sanctuary with an adjacent restaurant is interesting.
