★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto panoramico unico. Si spazia dal conero alla maiella. Per la salita ci sono varie possibilità dalla più semplice (auto su sterrata) a vari sentieri. L'unico peccato sino gli osceni antennoni x telecomunicazioni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella scalata in bici sul monte Ascensione, vi si arriva tramite una strada brecciata, circa 4-5km percorribili tranquillamente anche in mountain bike.
Bella visuale, arrivati in cima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Montagna ricca di sentieri e vari tipi di vegetazione...facile incontrare animali di vario genere all'interno dei suoi fitti boschi...ottimo luogo di rispetto per poter passare una giornata in qualsiasi stagione...dal rosso/arancio dell'autunno al verde chiaro della primavera...dalla vetta sono ben visibili gli appennini il mare e i paesi sottostanti, il tutto racchiuso in una bellissima sensazione di pace e tranquillità...
Mountain full of paths and various types of vegetation ... easy to meet animals of various kinds within its thick woods ... great place of respect to spend a day in any season ... from the red / orange of autumn in the light green of the spring ... from the summit the Apennines are clearly visible the sea and the countries below, all enclosed in a wonderful feeling of peace and tranquility ...
