Avevo un appuntamento alle 14,30 confermato, arrivo puntuale e dopo 1 ora di attesa senza essere contattato da nessuno, decido di andare via dico comunico al personale la mia decisione. Per tutta risposta mi sento dire "A va bene". Nell'ora di attesa sono transitati una decina di altri pazienti. COMPLIMENTI. Never happened before.
