S	Studio Asso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordino un ricambio per una portafinestra, l’inquilino precedente lo aveva perso e senza quel pezzo la portafinestra non si poteva nemmeno chiudere, dovevo affittare di nuovo l’immobile e avevo rimarcato più volte l’importanza di quel ricambio. Invio una email con tutta la descrizione dettagliata, marca e addirittura foto in diverse inquadrature. Mi viene confermata la possibilità di avere il pezzo e a inizio luglio verso un acconto per ordinarlo. Dopo ben due mesi, dopo diverse email e chiamate di sollecito, vado a ritirare il pezzo. Non sono del mestiere ma così a prima vista dico subito all’addetto che non mi sembra sia giusto, come risposta l’addetto mi dice che non l’ha mai visto e nemmeno lui sa come si monta, però aggiunge “stai tranquillo che se non funziona puoi ripassare”. Faccio notare, che aspettavo due mesi quel ricambio, l’avevo sollecitato molte volte, avevo mandato chiare indicazioni e dovevo affittare la casa il giorno seguente, se mi avessero dato un ricambio sbagliato sarebbe saltato il contratto di affitto, dopo due mesi era tardi per altre soluzioni. Porto al serramentista il ricambio, il quale mi conferma subito che non ha niente a che fare con il mio serramento. Risultato, la portafinestra non si chiude, contratto di affitto saltato. Non posso dire che siano stati scortesi, alla fine della vicenda ho avuto occasione di parlare anche con la Sig.ra Elena la quale con gentilezza mi proponeva inutili soluzioni. Purtroppo la cortesia non basta, noncuranza e disorganizzazione di Montalbetti di Giorgetti mi hanno causato un danno non indifferente. I order a replacement for a French window, the previous tenant had lost it and without that piece the French window could not even close, I had to rent the property again and I had repeatedly stressed the importance of that replacement. I send an email with all the detailed description, brand and even photos in different shots. I am confirmed the possibility of having the piece and at the beginning of July I pay a deposit to order it. After two months, after several emails and reminder calls, I go to collect the piece. I'm not in the trade but so at first glance I immediately tell the assistant that it doesn't seem right, as an answer the assistant tells me that he has never seen it and he doesn't know how to mount it either, but he adds "don't worry that if it doesn't work you can go over ”. I point out that I was waiting two months for that replacement, I had requested it many times, I had sent clear directions and I had to rent the house the following day, if they had given me a wrong replacement the rental contract would have been skipped, after two months it was late for other solutions. I bring the replacement to the window maker, who immediately confirms that it has nothing to do with my window. Result, the French window does not close, the rental contract is canceled. I can not say that they were rude, at the end of the story I had the opportunity to speak also with Mrs. Elena who kindly offered me useless solutions. Unfortunately, courtesy is not enough, the carelessness and disorganization of Montalbetti di Giorgetti have caused me considerable damage.
