★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per chiedere di fare un cambio gomme alla moto, prezzo sul loro sito varia da un minimo di 14€ per anteriore ad un max di 16€ per la posteriore. Chiedo la disponibilità per il giorno dopo e mi confermano che posso passare a lasciare le gomme nella mattinata e portare la moto poi nel pomeriggio.
Oggi mi reco in officina e mi viene detto che per la moto il prezzo è 60€.... il tutto senza nemmeno averla vista la moto.
Il proprietario mi dice che loro le moto non le fanno... prezzi sul sito e moto disegnata sulle vetrine dell’officina.
Forse il proprietario aveva la luna storta, ma non si trattano così i clienti.
Me ne ricorderò
I call to ask to make a change of tires to the bike, the price on their website varies from a minimum of € 14 for the front to a max of € 16 for the rear. I ask for availability for the next day and they confirm that I can go and leave the tires in the morning and then bring the bike in the afternoon.
Today I go to the workshop and I am told that the price for the bike is 60 € .... all without even having seen the bike.
The owner tells me that they don't make the bikes ... prices on the site and bikes designed on the shop windows.
Maybe the owner had a bad moon, but customers are not treated like that.
I will remember it
