★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Mont-Ele ha unilateralmente occupato una servitù di passaggio, una strada di accesso ad un cortile condominiale, imponendo dei parcheggi riservati. E' proprietaria della strada, ma la strada è una servitù di passaggio... La cosa più grave è che con questi parcheggi è praticamente impossibile l'eventuale accesso di mezzi di soccorso dei vigili del fuoco nell'area condominiale. Umanamente la vicenda si commenta da sola. Lungimiranti.
Mont-Ele has unilaterally occupied a passage easement, an access road to a condominium courtyard, imposing reserved parking spaces. It owns the road, but the road is a passage easement ... The most serious thing is that with these car parks it is practically impossible to have access to emergency vehicles of the firefighters in the condominium area. Humanly the story speaks for itself. Farsighted.
