Problem: the scooter does not start after being stopped for 4 months. I leave him with them and ask to be called back before intervening. On the phone I am told that the problem was due to the carburettor and the spark plug [n.b. candle that they themselves had replaced 7 months earlier (in which I had only done 1500km); in the same call they tell me that the front disc brake pads had to be replaced but that it was impossible to disassemble the brake caliper and therefore it had to be replaced as a whole. I tell him to replace the carburettor and spark plug hoping to solve the problem and not to touch the caliper because I would have thought about it later. I go to pick up the moped and I am asked for 50 euros (the price seemed very low because to replace the carburettor it is necessary to disassemble the whole fairing and also the tank!) so I pay, say goodbye and leave again. After 200 meters covered during braking, the front wheel stops and you risk flying on the ground; I try to understand what had happened and I realize that the front brake caliper had been disassembled and had been reassembled without putting all the bolts back in !!!!! I'll be back, I complain, I have the missing bolts put back and I leave. For the next 10 days I do not use the moped and when I go to resume the problem occurs again: it does not start. At this point, given the bad experience with the front brake, I take it to another mechanic, I explain to him what work had been done and the amount paid: he tells me that with that amount (50 euros) it was impossible that the carburettor had been replaced and the candle. I stay with him to take it apart because I wanted to understand what had been replaced. After unscrewing the first 2 screws of the fairing, we realize that the motor had not been disassembled at all and that the only thing that had been replaced was the spark plug. The moral of the story, the carburettor is still the original one of the motor and the broken piece, which I had replaced by solving the problem I had, is the one shown in the photo. If only the motor had been checked, they would have immediately noticed that the problem was not the carburettor. If you want to repair the motor and be sure that the job is done and done well, go somewhere else. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!
