Il prodotto rispecchia assolutamente la foto anche le taglie corrispondono. Super soddisfatta The products always arrive in a very short time, the friendly owner, order made via wup, very fast. Abiti non conformi alla foto il classico esempio di quello che ordini online e quello che ti arriva a casa. Pessima qualità, soldi buttati. Mai più. Poi avevo chiesto il cambio, sono passati 10 giorni li ho dovuti ricontattare e non erano più disponibili gli articoli che dovevano già essere spediti. Il valore del mio acquisto era di 35€, ho fatto il cambio di €31....i 4€? Se li so tenuti....professionalità ZERO. Rude, bad quality and they don't make returns but only exchange. Clothes that do not conform to the photo, the classic example of what you order online and what arrives at home. Bad quality, money down the drain. Never again. Then I had asked for the change, 10 days passed and I had to contact them again and the items that had already been shipped were no longer available. The value of my purchase was € 35, I exchanged € 31 .... the 4 €? If I know how to keep them .... ZERO professionalism.

Vestibilità perfetta alla mia taglia, il rapporto qualità- prezzo è giusto, tessuti non sono i più pregiati ma per il prezzo abbordabile lo trovo giusto The assistance was excellent, product arrived within a few days. Chiesto il reso ma la persona che mi ha contattato si è dimostrata maleducata e ignorante. I got a sweater for my mom but something came that not even a bum would wear. Asked for a return but the person who contacted me was rude and ignorant.

Non solo per l’abito.. di tessuto scadente, rifinito malissimo e di una vestibilità pessima.. ma soprattutto per il servizio clienti che non sa proprio lavorare. Ho chiesto info sulla procedura di reso e la ragazza che mi aveva seguita fino al momento dell’acquista è sparita nel nulla senza dare mai risposta. Correttezza zero. Professionalità idem. Il prezzo così basso rispecchia il valore della merce e di chi ci lavora. Non acquistate.
