★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fiz uma encomenda a essa gente, disseram 5 dias chegava a portugual, já la vai mais de 15 dias,porqué tanta demora.... mando e-mails náo respondem ligo náo atendem,espero que com esta critica tenham o bom senso ,e me digam onde se encontra a minha encomenda e quando chega ao destino , ou o reembolso do dinheiro.
I placed an order with these people, they said I would arrive in Portugal in 5 days, it's been more than 15 days, because it takes so long.... I send e-mails, they don't answer, I call, they don't answer, I hope that with this criticism they have the common sense, and tell me where my order is and when it arrives at its destination, or a refund of the money.

Prima di tutto vorrei dire ho sempre trovato tutto quello che cercavo e soprattutto a prezzi sempre competitivi. L'ultima esperienza è avvenuta questa mattina poiché il 15 novembre dell’anno passato, avevo acquisto una tuta antipioggia. Quando il maltempo si è fatto sentire (dicembre) mi sono accorto che il pantalone aveva dei difetti (le cuciture termiche si erano scollate). Dopo aver scritto una e-mail, con la quale chiedevo di poter cambiare e/o sostituire il pantalone della tuta, venerdì scorso mi rispondevano dicendo di recarmi presso il negozio che avrebbero guardato il difetto. Questa mattina mi sono recato presso il punto vendita di via Nomentana (Roma) dove, sono stato accolto con la solita gentilezza e professionalità, è bastato fargli presente il mio problema che l'addetto al banco vendita, dopo aver visionato il pantalone con il difetto, mi ha subito sostituito l'intera tuta antipioggia.
Grazie, ci tenevo a farvi questa recensione poiché non è la prima volta che acquisto da voi e ci tengo a dirvi che continuerò ad acquistare sempre da voi!!!
I wanted to share my shopping experiences at the aforementioned company with all Mondomoto S.r.l. customers. First of all I would like to say I have always found everything I was looking for and above all at always competitive prices. The last experience took place this morning since on November 15th of last year, I bought a rain suit. When the bad weather made itself felt (December) I realized that the trousers had defects (the thermal seams had come unglued). After writing an e-mail, with which I asked to be able to change and / or replace the trousers of the suit, last Friday they replied to me saying to go to the shop and they would look at the defect. This morning I went to the store in via Nomentana (Rome) where, I was greeted with the usual kindness and professionalism, it was enough to point out my problem that the sales counter clerk, after having viewed the trousers with the defect , he immediately replaced my entire rain suit.
Thank you, I wanted to give you this review since it is not the first time I buy from you and I want to tell you that I will always continue to buy from you !!!
