★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa al massimo.ho preso diversi mobili tempo fa' da loro;a parte il fatto che per consegnarli e montarli mi hanno preso quasi 350 euro,sono stati montati male e la spalliera del letto che era in finta pelle,era ingiallita come se fosse stata usata.sono andato li diverse volte,mi hanno preso in giro dicendo che mi avrebbero risolto il problema e non si sono mai fatti vivi.mi dispiace che gli ho dato piu' di 3000 euro.poi se chiami al telefono non ti rispondono neanche a pagarli.mai piu' in questo negozio.sconsigliato vivamente.mi dispiace di non poter mettere sotto zero come voto.
 Bad experience at best.I took several pieces of furniture from them a while ago; apart from the fact that to deliver and assemble them they took me almost 350 euros, they were assembled badly and the headboard of the bed which was in imitation leather, was yellowed as if it had been used. I went there several times, they made fun of me saying they would solve the problem and they never showed up. I'm sorry I gave them more than 3000 euros. Then if you call the phone they won't answer you not even to pay them.Never more in this shop.highly not recommended.I'm sorry I can't put below zero as a rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco stamattina al Mondolegno per degli acquisti...non trovando un prodotto specifico chiedo informazioni prima ad una commessa che con sufficienza mi indica infastidita di guardare in fondo un corridoio, lasciandomi ad annaspare alla inutile ricerca del prodotto..Nel frattempo passa nella corsia un altro impiegato di nome Alberto, a cui mi illudo di potermi appoggiare per uscire da questo " mistero", non pensando di essere incappato nel peggiore degli scortesi che con spocchia e indifferenza (senza fermarsi neanche per rivolgermi uno sguardo e la minima attenzione) mi invita a chiedere ai colleghi, incurante delle mie lamentele. Il prodotto l' ho trovato da solo, non in fondo, bensì all' inizio del corridoio!!!!!!
I go this morning to Mondolegno for some purchases ... not finding a specific product I ask for information first from a saleswoman who sufficiently tells me annoyed to look at the end of a corridor, leaving me to fumble at the useless search for the product ... another employee named Alberto, whom I delude myself to be able to lean on to get out of this "mystery", not thinking that I have run into the worst of rude people who with arrogance and indifference (without stopping even to give me a glance and the slightest attention) invites you to ask colleagues, regardless of my complaints. I found the product alone, not at the bottom, but at the beginning of the corridor !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto improponibile per la maleducazione che impera, mi riferisco soprattutto alle “ signore “ impiegate sedute alla cassa e allo sportello degli ordini. Carissime “signore” che alle 10 del mattino della domenica siete inviperite con tutti i clienti che vi passano davanti e vi chiedono aiuto per un ordine già pagato in anticipo, non è colpa di nessuno se state lavorando di domenica quando vorreste essere a casa. C’è sempre un’opzione, state a casa, è molto semplice ! Non rispondono nemmeno al Buongiorno, senza alzare lo sguardo ti rispondono “mi dica”, ma pensate di avere a che a fare con dei rifiuti?? Solo per la presenza di queste persone, questo posto non merita di essere frequentato. Tanti saluti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande negozio ben fornito di mobili economici e materiali vari anche non riconducibili al legno (come il nome potrebbe far pensare). Sono andato di sera ed il piazzale mi è parso poco illuminato.. ma con il costo dell'energia attuale, è comprensibile!
Large shop well stocked with cheap furniture and various materials also not attributable to wood (as the name might suggest). I went in the evening and the square seemed dimly lit .. but with the cost of current energy, it is understandable!
