Il personale è molto cordiale: oggi ho preso una coppa che però non mi è piaciuta e quando abbiamo riportato le coppe la ragazza al bancone, vedendo la mia ancora piena, mi ha chiesto perchè non mi era piaciuta e mi ha offerto un caffè per "scusarsi" (ho rifiutato perchè non c'era nulla di cui scusarsi: la coppa non mi è piaciuta puramente per gusti personali, tutti gli altri infatti l'hanno finita in un attimo).
 Fair prices and the ice creams are good.
The staff is very friendly: today I took a cup but I didn't like it and when we brought back the cups the girl at the counter, seeing my still full, asked me why I didn't like it and offered me a coffee for " apologize "(I refused because there was nothing to apologize for: the cup I did not like purely for personal tastes, all the others in fact ended it in a moment).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo oggi ho assistito ad un episodio increscioso, una donna in evidente stato di affaticamento si è seduta aspettando il caffè dalla nipote. È stata fatta alzare per non aver avuto il lasciapassare, nel rispetto delle "regole"...ma io mi dico, l'umanità, la compassione e l'empatia dove sono andati a finire? Che razza di comportamento è questo tenuto da una vostra dipendente?
Unfortunately today I witnessed an unfortunate episode, a woman in an evident state of fatigue sat waiting for coffee from her niece. She was made to get up for not having the pass, in compliance with the "rules" ... but I tell myself, where did humanity, compassion and empathy go? What kind of behavior is this with an employee of yours?
