Consiglio sicuramente a chi avesse bisogno di visitare lo showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una poltrona basculante con doppio motore nella sede di Melzo; buono l'assortimento di poltrone tra cui scegliere, il personale è stato molto cortese e le spiegazioni sulle poltrone molto esaustive.
L'acquisto si è concluso in breve tempo e la spedizione da noi scelta, urgente previo pagamento di un piccolo plus, è avvenuta nei tempi e orari previsti. Nulla da eccepire.
I bought a tilting chair with double motor in the Melzo office; the assortment of armchairs to choose from was good, the staff was very courteous and the explanations on the armchairs very comprehensive.
The purchase was completed in a short time and the shipment chosen by us, urgent upon payment of a small plus, took place on schedule. Nothing to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato materasso + rete qualche mese fà, inizialmente mi è arrivato solo il materasso con la rete di cortesia.
Durante il primo mese non ho mai dormito bene, sempre dolori ovunque....quindi chiamo la sede centrale e mi dicono di aspettare le rete che ho acquistato e valutare poi.
Finalmente arriva la rete, ma sfortunatamente anche dopo un mese di utilizzo i dolori non passano e sto sempre peggio, quindi vado in negozio sperando in una soluzione.
Nella sede di Melzo la responsabile mi ha proposto di cambiare la lastra del materasso (spendendo quasi la cifra del materasso) o un topper (sempre a pagamento)....
Mi sono rivolto a loro sperando di poter usufruire di un servizio di qualità, ma evidentemente non è cosi visto che la maggior parte dei rivenditori (ad un costo inferiore) ti propone un periodo di prova (le famose 100 notti) con la sostituzione o il reso gratuito.
quindi non posso che sconsigliare questo posto e recensirlo negativamente ( tranne il commesso Alessandro che è stato super gentile e super disponibile).
Purchased mattress + slatted base a few months ago, initially I only received the mattress with the courtesy slatted base.
During the first month I never slept well, always pains everywhere .... so I call the head office and they tell me to wait for the network I bought and then evaluate.
Finally the network arrives, but unfortunately even after a month of use the pains do not go away and I am getting worse, so I go to the shop hoping for a solution.
In the Melzo office, the manager suggested that I change the mattress plate (spending almost the amount of the mattress) or a topper (always for a fee) ....
I turned to them hoping to be able to take advantage of a quality service, but obviously this is not the case since most retailers (at a lower cost) offer you a trial period (the famous 100 nights) with replacement or free return.
so I can only advise against this place and review it negatively (except the salesman Alessandro who was super nice and super helpful).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'entrata siamo subito state accolte da Alessandro che ci ha accompagnate per lo show room facendoci provare vari materassi per i quali ci spiegava le caratteristiche tecniche i pregi ed i difetti. Ci ha consigliate ed indirizzate nella scelta migliore per le nostre esigenze, con grande professionalità. La scelta è stata facile grazie alla cortesia e preparazione di Alessandro e alla bontà dei prodotti mandorle. Grazie mille.
At the entrance we were immediately greeted by Alessandro who accompanied us to the show room letting us try various mattresses for which he explained the technical characteristics, the strengths and the defects. He advised us and directed us in the best choice for our needs, with great professionalism. The choice was easy thanks to Alessandro's courtesy and preparation and to the goodness of the almond products. A thousand thanks.
