Scarsa trasparenza in termini di informazioni legate all'immobile, attività di mediazione completamente sbilanciata tanto da essermi dovuto rivolgere ad uno studio legale per gestire le più comuni formalità. Il titolare si nega, unico contatto la segretaria che : "non sa" o "deve chiedere". Purtroppo la parte acquirente si trova l'intermediario scelto da altri. Se appena potete gurdatevene.
