Al momento del cambio non mi hanno dato i soldi indietro ma un buono da consumarsi entro pochi giorni. Costretto a comprare un altro prodotto, il suddetto era scaduto! I would have given zero but it was not possible. They sold me a compatible product but it didn't work at all. At the time of the exchange they did not give me the money back but a voucher to be used within a few days. Forced to buy another product, the aforementioned had expired!
