★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di computer decisamente ben fornito di pezzi di ottima qualità presenti computer di ottime prestazioni a prezzi giusti ottimo servizio di assistenza e riparazione e anche di ritiro /vendita di pc portatili o fissi usati. Il proprietario é molto preparato (in alcuni casi troppo tecnico ) e gentile .
Computer shop decidedly well stocked with excellent quality parts, excellent performance computers at fair prices, excellent assistance and repair service and also the pick-up / sale of used or fixed PCs. The owner is very knowledgeable (in some cases too technical) and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' il "pronto soccorso" del mio PC. Io vivo tranquilla, perché, qualunque sia l'emergenza, so che andando da Paolo o da Thomas verrò messa in condizioni di tornare rapidamente a lavorare. Paolo è un informatico eccezionale, scrupoloso, molto calmo (non azzardatevi ad accendere una sigaretta in negozio però ..... perché perde tutto il suo "à plomb"!). Thomas è unico, non si può descriverlo: vi risistema il software e vi contagia con la sua filosofia di vita. Sono davvero due personaggi con cui il tempo passa gradevolmente e, l'un per l'altro, li trovate praticamente in qualunque orario.
Stefano, il titolare, si occupa del lato commerciale e se cerchi un oggetto che in negozio non c'è, te lo fa avere. I prezzi possono essere appena un po' più alti rispetto alle "offerte speciali" della grande distribuzione, ma in realtà acquistare da Mondo Ufficio conviene sempre, sia per l'aiuto alla scelta in una gamma vastisssima di prodotti, sia per l'assistenza efficiente (e a prezzo contenuto) che viene assicurata.
It is the "first aid" of my PC. I live in peace, because, whatever the emergency, I know that by going to Paolo or Thomas I will be put in a position to quickly return to work. Paolo is an exceptional computer scientist, scrupulous, very calm (don't dare to light a cigarette in the shop though ..... because he loses all his "à plomb"!). Thomas is unique, it cannot be described: he rearranges the software and infects you with his philosophy of life. They are really two characters with whom time passes pleasantly and, for each other, you can find them practically at any time.
Stefano, the owner, takes care of the commercial side and if you are looking for an object that is not in the shop, he lets you have it. Prices may be just a little higher than the "special offers" of large retailers, but in reality buying from Mondo Ufficio is always worthwhile, both for helping you choose from a vast range of products, and for efficient assistance. (and at a reasonable price) which is insured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato MONDO UFFICIO per un problema al portatile, Mi ha risposto il tecnico PAOLO ii quale,dimostrandosi molto disponibile ha cercato di risolvermi subito il problema a distanza con Team-Veuwer, ma riscontrando difficoltà oggettive mi ha chiesto di portarglielo in negozio.
Sembrava una cosa irreparabile perché essendo un PC un po datato era difficile trovare i pezzi di ricambio: e comunque sarebbe stato piu conveniente acquistarne uno nuovo.
Al mio diniego per impossibilità economiche momentanee, si è dimostrato molto gentile, disponibile e professionale tentando ogni possibile soluzione fino a raggiungere la soluzione.
Bravo davvero, Ottima gestione del cliente (soprattutto nei momenti di panico, consigli sempre giusti,massima affidabilità , professionalità e onestà, Cosa molto rara al giorno d'oggi.

It seemed irreparable because being a slightly dated PC it was difficult to find spare parts: and in any case it would have been cheaper to buy a new one.

Really good, Excellent customer management (especially in moments of panic, always right advice, maximum reliability, professionalism and honesty, which is very rare nowadays.
