★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho acquistato online dei filtri per piscina disponibili, dopo varie chiamate ed dopo aver atteso circa 4 settimane mi hanno comunicato che non sarebbero mai arrivati e che mi avrebbero rimborsato tramite bonifico... dopo altre 2 settimane e diverse chiamate non mi hanno rimborsato ma ho dovuto aprire un reclamo a paypal. Pessimi!!
I purchased online some pool filters available, after several calls and after waiting about 4 weeks they informed me that they would never arrive and that they would refund me by bank transfer ... after another 2 weeks and several calls they did not refund me but I have had to open a claim to paypal. Bad !!

Ho comprato un prodotto per deterenti per cani, pagandolo 11€, mi sono guardato in giro e non l'ho trovato più caro di 6,5€, uguale stessa quantita 500ml stessi principi, STESSA MARCA. Chiamandoli per avere un chiarimento si giustificano che loro comprano poche quantità quindi gli costa di più. Siamo nel 2019 ancora a raccontare Favole, invece di scusarsi e farsi un bagno di Umiltà.Sicuramente avete fatto una brutta figura

Negative experience. I bought a product for dog cleaners, paying € 11, I looked around and I found it no more expensive than € 6.5, the same quantity as 500ml the same principles, SAME BRAND. Calling them for clarification, they justify that they buy few quantities and therefore it costs more. We are still in 2019 to tell Favole, instead of apologizing and taking a bath of Humility. Surely you have made a bad impression

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE A QUESTO VENDITORE NON RESTITUISCE I SOLDI !!. Non avevano il prodotto per un loro errore web e nessuna intenzione di restituire i soldi indietro se non a parole. Dopo essere stato preso in giro per 15gg con presunti bonifici mai fatti chiedendomi anche l'iban ho dovuto aprire una richiesta di sollecito via PayPal. Non operando il rimborso si è trasformato in reclamo automatico per mancata risposta del venditore. Ad oggi nessuna restituzione di 1100€ che poteva essere risolto in meno di 1 minuto come indicato da PayPal.
PAY ATTENTION TO THIS SELLER DOES NOT RETURN THE MONEY !!. They had no product for their web mistake and had no intention of returning the money back except in words. After being made fun of for 15 days with alleged transfers never made asking me also the iban I had to open a request for a reminder via PayPal. By not making the refund, it turned into an automatic complaint for the seller's non-response. To date no refund of 1100 € that could be resolved in less than 1 minute as indicated by PayPal.
