Inoltre dopo aver fatto una spesa cospiqua, mi sono accorta di aver acquistato delle tempere ormai vecchie che non fuoriuscivano nemmeno dal tubetto e quindi inutilizzabili. Recata di al nuovo al negozio ed esposto il problema non mi hanno sostituito le tempere, pagate 12,90 euro a tubetto, né fatto il reso dei soldi, né minimamente scusatesi per l'accaduto. Sicuramente non mi recherò mai più in questo negozio e la pubblicità da parte mia sarà delle peggiori. Pessimi. La disponibilità e la cortesia sono veramente una pietra rara e loro le hanno entrambe. Diverse volte, comprando io on line, mi sono ritrovata a parlare anche più di mezz'ora al telefono e, ogni volta, mo hanno spiegato e consigliato al meglio. Non vedo l'ora di passare in negozio!!
