★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace dirlo ma ho speso 25 euro per farmi sfregiare il cane (cavalier king) nonostante le specifiche indicazioni di stripping. Decisamente sconsigliato per gli spaniel.
I'm sorry to say but I spent 25 euros for scarring the dog (cavalier king) despite the specific stripping instructions. Definitely not recommended for spaniels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho portato a toilettare il mio shitzu e perchè ho ritardato di 15 minuti hanno accettatto di toilettarlo con tosatura,il risultato è stato pessimo,tosato a chiazze e in piu dopo una settimana era pieno di zecche,alla fine,abbiamo dovuto rasarlo a zero e fare una completa disinfestazione da soli
I took my shitzu to the toilet and because I delayed 15 minutes they agreed to groom it with clippings, the result was bad, patched and after a week it was full of ticks, in the end, we had to shave it to zero and do a complete pest control yourself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia cagnolina per la toilettatura per un certo periodo solo perché si era abituata, non per l’eccellenza del servizio di igienizzazione del cane.
Inoltre, ho riscontrato una scarsa disponibilità, cortesia e capacità a gestire anche semplicemente l’agenda degli appuntamenti. Quando un appuntamento salta per motivi non dovuti al cliente, quell’appuntamento dovrebbe essere in automatico recuperato alla prima data utile. Ma c’è stata una totale inefficienza in questo. Necessitano di una brava segretaria.
La mia esperienza è negativa perché penso che quando un cliente torna accordandoti fiducia, si debba offrire il massimo nel servizio, e il massimo nella disponibilità e nella cortesia.
Per quanto riguarda i prodotti, sono venduti a prezzi molto più alti rispetto al costo ordinario.

When an appointment is missed for reasons not due to the customer, that appointment should be automatically recovered on the earliest possible date. But there was total inefficiency in this. They need a good secretary.
My experience is negative because I think that when a customer returns trusting you, you have to offer the maximum in service, and the maximum in availability and courtesy.
As for the products, they are sold at much higher prices than the ordinary cost.
