★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio professionale rapido e tecnicamente inappuntabile, preciso e puntuale anche per quel che riguarda la prenotazione fatta telefonicamente, circa l'intervento sostitutivo delle gomme della mia moto.
Forse un pizzico di cordiale interazione ( o anche un accenno di sorriso ) con un nuovo cliente avrebbe fatto accendere l'ultima stellina.....ma è probabile che abbia incrociato il Sig. Fabio in una giornata non facile.
Sono certo, per tanto, che la quinta stellina, la si recupererà in un prossimo intervento.

Fast and technically flawless professional service, precise and punctual also with regard to the reservation made by telephone, regarding the replacement of the tires on my motorcycle.
Perhaps a hint of cordial interaction (or even a hint of a smile) with a new customer would have turned on the last star ..... but it is likely that he crossed paths with Mr. Fabio on a difficult day.
I am sure, therefore, that the fifth star will be recovered in a future intervention.
