 Based on my experience, the mechanical workshop department was efficient and kind. During the day, within 2 hours, they replaced the egr valve in my car at low cost. Positive judgment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono stati puntuali nell esecuzione e disponibili, ma la gestione dell intervento è stata molto nebulosa perché non ho mai ricevuto dettagli o aggiornamenti sull esecuzione dei lavori. Risultato: mi sono trovato con dei lavori in più eseguiti che ho dovuto pagare. Per carità non discuto la necessità di eseguirli ma per correttezza bisognava chiamare ed informare il cliente.
I state that they were punctual in their execution and available, but the management of the intervention was very nebulous because I never received details or updates on the execution of the work. Result: I found myself with some extra work done that I had to pay for. For charity I do not discuss the need to perform them but for fairness it was necessary to call and inform the customer.

I am an old customer of this dealership. I have worked with both the father of the current owners and with the children. The welcome has always remained professional and familiar. Alessandro who takes care of the commercial part is very prepared and looks for every solution to satisfy the customer. Reliability in estimates. Piero is a great professional as a mechanic. Having the maintenance shop inside the dealership is strategic. Rating more than excellent.
