Ammortizzatore rotto, sostituito dalla vostra ipotetica officina di fiducia (a dire loro e vostro)con pezzo originale.Rotto nuovamente. Portata in Audi fatta diagnosi e controllata dai meccanici Audi,risulta pezzo sostituito (ammortizzatore) nemeno cinese (il tutto relazionato da Audi) Cinghia dei servizi rotta dopo un mese e fattura salata,sempre dalla vostra ipotetica officina di fiducia. Sarà il giudice con documentazione alla mano a stabilire e quantificare il rimborso delle spese. Compresa quella del carroattrezzi. PS Scrivo con questo profilo visto che con il mio non mi è più possibile scrivere....chissà perchè Simona You know the problem very well. Vedo una macchina lunedì pomeriggio, chiedo se posso tornare con mia moglie entro la settimana, sono interessato, mi dicono che mi aspettano anche oltre chiusura, basta avvertire e mi garantiscono che se ripasso entro la settimana non ci sono problemi. Mi rispondono anche che non c'è bisogno di lasciare nessun impegno di tipo economico, cosa da me proposta. Torno mercoledì pomeriggio, passate neanche 48 ore, non voglio arrivare dopo la chiusura, non vorrei disturbare, alle 18:00 sono lì; la macchina non c'è più, venduta. Ho fatto 200 km per sentirmi dire "mi dispiace". I clienti si rispettano, ci vuole educazione anche per vendere auto usate. È la prima recensione che scrivo, è la prima volta che credo di fare un buon servizio ad altri No professionalism, zero fairness. Dopo 4 mesi andando a fare cambiare cinghia di distribuzione l officina Renault mi ha detto (contro il suo interesse)che la macchina ha di lavoro di pezzi da sistemare e cambiare più di 3000 euro e non basterebbe per rimettere apposto !e tutto questo avendogli spiegato in anticipo all'acquisto la nostra situazione di difficoltà anche nel pagare!!!
