Ho acquistato un trattore e mi è arrivato con il sostegno per il rimorchio rotto, ho contattato il negozio e mi hanno risposto di ripararlo per conto mio con l'uso di colla e viti, nonostante avessi firmato la consegna con riserva (come da loro consigliato) oppure dovrei rispedire il trattore a loro senza avere la possibilità di sostituzione, ma come faccio a togliere il gioco preferito mio figlio??? ma cosa fondamentale i clienti non si trattano così! Sconsiglio altamente la Mondial Toys Bad customer service. I bought a tractor and it arrived with the support for the broken trailer, I contacted the shop and they told me to repair it on my own with the use of glue and screws, despite having signed the delivery with reserve (as recommended by them ) or should I send the tractor back to them without the possibility of replacement, but how can I remove my son's favorite game ??? but what's important, customers don't treat each other like that! I do not recommend Mondial Toys highly

Ho mandato 2 mail per chiedere sulla garanzia ma non mi hanno proprio considerato I bought a 12v jeep less than 2 years ago and the battery after the first charge (made following the instructions to the letter) lasts only 15 minutes. I sent 2 emails to ask about the warranty but they didn't really consider me

D	Debora D'Emilio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una jeep che dopo il montaggio ha mostrato qualche piccolo difetto (lo stereo e lo sterzo non funzionavano a livello elettrico) Ho telefonato per far presente il tutto , sono stati rapidissimi a spedirmi i pezzi di ricambio arrivati la mattina dopo , adesso ho risolto il problema , la macchina è perfetta e la batteria dura ! Sono più che soddisfatta e ci tengo a ringraziare particolarmente la signora con cui ho parlato.. Sono stati disponibili ed efficienti , grazie CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI ACQUISTARE DA LORO I bought a jeep that after assembly showed some small defects (the stereo and the steering did not work electrically) I phoned to report everything, they were very quick to send me the spare parts arrived the next morning, now I have solved the problem, the car is perfect and the battery lasts! I am more than satisfied and I want to thank particularly the lady I spoke with .. They were helpful and efficient, thank you HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM
