Per esperienza diretta ho avuto un blocco improvviso del forno proprio sotto il periodo natalizio e in giornata festiva, nonostante chiamate e e-mail non sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto in nessun modo. Il lunedì ho dovuto richiamare (poichè non sono stato ricontattato) e la soluzione da parte dell'azienda è stata inviarmi il pezzo di ricambio inscatolato il giorno ancora successivo (in totale persi 4 giorni di lavoro), dicendomi che avrei dovuto chiamare un elettricista per il montaggio (quindi ancora aspettare per poter far funzionare un forno tutto sommato nuovo). Fine. Mi dispiace perchè secondo me è una macchia nel vostro lavoro quotidiano.
Certainly quality products but unfortunately I have to put two stars for the after-sales service. From direct experience I had a sudden blockage of the oven just under the Christmas period and on a holiday, despite calls and e-mails I was unable to get in touch in any way. On Monday I had to call back (as I was not contacted again) and the solution from the company was to send me the boxed spare part the next day (in total lost 4 days of work), telling me that I would have to call an electrician to assembly (therefore still waiting to be able to operate a completely new oven). End. I'm sorry because in my opinion it is a stain in your daily work.

Not serious company. Grotesque experience with their oven assembled in 2019. I strongly discourage those who want to change an oven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ azienda non seria, è da 25 giorni che aspetto un sondino del forno ed ancora nulla. mi hanno fatto passare le feste natalizie senza una bocca del forno e senza nessun aggiornamento. lo sconsiglio vivamente. oggi 12 ge naio 2022 ancora non ho notizie.
not a serious company, I have been waiting for an oven tube for 25 days and still nothing. they made me spend the Christmas holidays without an oven opening and without any updates. I strongly advise against it. today 12 January 2022 I still have no news.
