Così è stato, sono passata dopo il quarto giorno e la signora me lo ha tenuto da parte. Vi ringrazio per la gentilezza e disponibilità
I called to book a book saying that I would not be able to pass for three or four days and the owner, Mrs. Ines, gave me word that she would keep it for me. So it was, I passed after the fourth day and the lady kept it aside for me. Thank you for your kindness and availability

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Personale del tutto impreparato. Effettuata prenotazione tramite il sito Mondadori e una volta recato lì, dopo solo mezza giornata dalla conferma della disponibilità, il libro non era presente e non mi è stata data nessuna motivazione plausibile.
Potete vendere solo i giornali, vendere libri è una cosa seria!!! Non amdateci assolutamente.
Bad service. Totally unprepared staff. I made a reservation through the Mondadori website and once I went there, after only half a day from the confirmation of availability, the book was not present and I was not given any plausible reasons.
You can only sell newspapers, selling books is serious !!! Don't love us at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver telefonato per richiedere la disponibilità di vari titoli, il gentilissimo titolare, il sig.Nicola me li ha tenuti da parte nonostante io non potessi recarmi in libreria il giorno stesso.
Il punto vendita è ben fornito ma soprattutto il personale è stato molto gentile nel darmi tutte le risposte alle domande che avevo posto loro anche su articoli che non erano presenti in negozio.
Ve lo consiglio assolutamente...ormai è la mia tappa fissa a Valenzano.
After phoning to request the availability of various titles, the very kind owner, Mr. Nicola kept them for me even though I could not go to the bookshop the same day.
The store is well stocked but above all the staff was very kind in giving me all the answers to the questions I had asked them even about items that were not present in the shop.
I absolutely recommend it ... now it's my fixed stop in Valenzano.
