★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre anni fa avevo dato cinque stelle, ora sono costretta a darne una in quanto il personale non è più gentile e preparato come prima. Inoltre, mi sono recata per acquistare un libro tramite il buono Lazio Youth Card in quanto la suddetta risulta aderente alla promozione dell'app, ma il personale è andato in panico al punto che è stata chiamata una terza commessa, che impacciatamente, mi ha articolato una scusa poco convincente per non accettarmi il buono. Sono stata costretta a posare il tutto e ad andarmene con molto rammarico.
Penso che rifiutare un buono fatto apposta per avvicinare i giovani e aiutare i negozi fisici del settore sia molto sciocco, oltre che controproducente, specialmente in un periodo difficile come questo. Così facendo si rischia che i giovani perdano il contatto con questo mondo perché troppo costoso per le proprie tasche.
Three years ago I gave it five stars, now I am forced to give one as the staff are no longer as polite and prepared as before. In addition, I went to buy a book through the Lazio Youth Card voucher as the aforementioned is adherent to the promotion of the app, but the staff panicked to the point that a third order was called, who awkwardly articulated me an unconvincing excuse for not accepting the coupon. I was forced to put it all down and leave with much regret.
I think that rejecting a coupon made on purpose to bring young people closer and help physical stores in the sector is very foolish, as well as counterproductive, especially in a difficult period like this. Doing so risks that young people lose contact with this world because it is too expensive for their pockets.
