Mi piace com'è strutturato e come sono organizzati i libri e ho notato che alcuni non li trovo nelle altre librerie di Mondadori.
Lo staff lo trovo sempre disponibile, gentile e allegro e questo mi piace.
Every time I see a bookshop I enter and I always compare it with all the ones I have visited, among all the Mondadori points this is one of my favorites.
I like how it is structured and how the books are organized and I have noticed that I can't find some in other Mondadori bookstores.
I always find the staff helpful, kind and cheerful and I like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è capitato più volte di entrare in questa libreria e sempre, sistematicamente, ho assistito a scene pietose da parte del titolare che insultava i dipendenti noncurante della presenza dei clienti. Credo che un brand come la Mondadori dovrebbe considerare non solo il fatturato prodotto dai suoi store, ma anche la condotta di chi li dirige. Ragazze in lacrime non incentivano l’acquisto di un libro, soprattutto per chi cerca cultura e non sottosviluppo.
It has happened to me several times to enter this bookshop and always, systematically, I have witnessed pitiful scenes from the owner who insulted the employees regardless of the presence of customers. I believe that a brand like Mondadori should consider not only the turnover produced by its stores, but also the conduct of those who manage them. Girls in tears do not encourage the purchase of a book, especially for those looking for culture and not underdevelopment.
