Mi è stato negato diritto di cambio o rimborso,anzi,sono stata verbalmente aggredita,perché la commessa non voleva ammettere di aver sbagliato.Pessimo servizio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il personale è molto cortese, paziente e qualificato. ogni volta che entro esco con almeno un libro acquistato o prenotato. consiglio tantissimo perché i libri sono in buone condizioni e per me che sono ossessionata dalle copertine intatte è fantastico.
