Il personale competente e gentile e molto disponibile quando si tratta di fare ricerca al computer di testi che cerchi da tempo ma non c'è modo di trovare in giro: con me ci sono riusciti...grazie ancora?. Consigliatissimo. Comfortable and inviting environment. The supply of books and not only is excellent. The competent and kind and very helpful staff when it comes to doing computer searches for texts you have been looking for for a long time but there is no way to find them around: with me they have succeeded ... thanks again?. S	Sara Biagetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il caos regna sovrano, e non parlo esclusivamente del reparto bambini, ok la divisione per categorie mentre l'ordine alfabetico non è rispettato a pieno e perciò risulta difficile trovare ciò che si cerca. Il personale che mi sono trovata, 3 volte su 5, non è adatto a lavorare al pubblico: non saluta quando si entra, se chiamato per un aiuto arriva scocciato, trascinando i piedi... non mi sono sentita affatto ben accolta e servita troppo spesso! Chaos reigns supreme, and I do not speak exclusively of the children's department, ok the division into categories while the alphabetical order is not fully respected and therefore it is difficult to find what you are looking for. The staff I found myself, 3 times out of 5, is not suitable for working with the public: it does not say hello when you enter, if called for help, you get annoyed, dragging your feet ... I did not feel at all well received and served too much often!

Ho trovato una commessa molto gentile, che ha saputo trasmettermi la passione che ha per la lettura e consigliarmi nella scelta di un regalo. L'ho trovata molto preparata nelle ultime uscite e brava nel consigliare. Consiglierei di rendere più evidente il criterio di esposizione dei libri per una più semplice ricerca When it comes to chain stores, what makes the difference is the staff. Sempre attenti alle esigenze degli studenti locali in quanto dei libri addizionali consigliati ai licei c'è n'è sempre una copia disponibile. Furnished and comfortable. The shop is managed with courtesy and a lot of availability. Always attentive to the needs of local students as there is always a copy of the additional books recommended for high schools.
