The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and also helpful with children, to whom they know how to recommend the right books. The library is well stocked.

Venendo al mare qui da tempo, per me quella libreria è sempre stata un punto di riferimento, però dopo che hanno cambiato la disposizione trovo l' ordine dei libri più confuso e mi pare che anche il personale sia combinato e penso che sia meno esperto. Comunque rimane sempre fornita ed adeguata
I would like to put 4 stars but after the recent visit I can't. Coming to the beach here for a long time, for me that library has always been a point of reference, but after they have changed the layout I find the order of the books more confused and it seems to me that even the staff is combined and I think it is less experienced. However, it always remains supplied and adequate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poca puntualità e ancora meno attenzione e sensibilità verso la clientela
apertura segnalata ore 16 .. invece ...
ore 16.05, il personale entra (svogliatamente) , vede la fila di persone (sotto il sole cocente bambini compresi) , ma ci lascia ancora fuori ad aspettare senza spiegazioni.
ore 16.10 : ancora qua fuori ad aspettare (non si sa cosa).
ore 16.15: la passione per la lettura sfida la voglia di andarsene per il mancato rispetto dell'orario e la poca attenzione verso la clientela e 5 dei clienti in fila mollano il colpo e se ne vanno per la fatica di aspettare al sole.
ore 16.20 : esce un esponente del personale che , in risposta alle nostre domande , ci dice in tono abbastanza scocciato che dovremo attendere altri minuti per dei "conti che devono fare".
per l'attesa al sole mi si scioglie il telefono in mano pertanto non posso proseguire nel racconto ...
arriveranno mai ad aprire ?
Prima della liquefazione totale del telefono concludo la mia valutazione/cronaca con un augurio ...
Mondadori Bookstore San Vincenzo ? Possa la dea Atena , dea della cultura e dispensatrice di beni, fare sì che a San Vincenzo sorga una libreria dove puntualità ed accoglienza per i lettori siano di casa ed all'ordine del giorno...

16.05, the staff enters (listlessly), sees the line of people (including children under the scorching sun), but still leaves us outside waiting without explanation.
16.10: still out here waiting (no one knows what).
4.15 pm: the passion for reading challenges the desire to leave due to the non-observance of the timetable and the lack of attention to customers and 5 customers in line give up and leave due to the effort of waiting in the sun.
16.20: a member of the staff comes out who, in response to our questions, tells us in a rather annoyed tone that we will have to wait another few minutes for the "accounts they have to do".
for waiting in the sun the phone melts in my hand so I can't go on with the story ...
will they ever open?
Before the total liquefaction of the telephone, I conclude my evaluation / report with a wish ...
