Fu sede di un monastero francescano femminile e conteneva numerose opere di valore trafugate con l'invasione francese del 1810.
Adesso nella chiesa è presente un dipinto del 1400 e una acquasantiera del 1600 in pietra serena.
Vengono tutt'oggi celebrate le messe.
 An unknown church in Prato.
It was the seat of a female Franciscan monastery and contained numerous valuable works stolen with the French invasion of 1810.
Now in the church there is a painting from the 1400s and a 1600's holy water stoup.
Masses are still celebrated today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesetta interessante perché collegata alla vicenda di Filippo Lippi e Lucrezia Buti (che era monaca nel prospiciente convento) e un tempo sede di uno "Spedale" detto "dè Cacciapoveri". Attualmente ci vengono celebrate messe di rito ortodosso orientale: l'arredo è di matrice sei-settecentesca, con un'acquasantiera interessante e i resti di un affresco quattrocentesco sul muro di fondo attribuito ad Arrigo di Nicolò.
Interesting little church because it is connected to the story of Filippo Lippi and Lucrezia Buti (who was a nun in the facing convent) and once the site of a "Spedale" called "dè Cacciapoveri". Currently we are celebrated Masses of Eastern Orthodox rite: the furniture is of a seventeenth-eighteenth century matrix, with an interesting holy water font and the remains of a fifteenth-century fresco on the back wall attributed to Arrigo di Nicolò.
