Oggi ridente cittadina posta sulle rive dello Jonio. E' la porta est dell'ingresso della Area Metropolitana di Reggio Calabria. Interessantissima sotto l'aspetto culturale e turistico. Da visitare.
Monasterace, ancient Kaulon, Kaulonia magno Greek era which has archeoologico museum and park, then a medieval village with its castle. Today a charming town located on the shores of the Ionian Sea. It is the east gate of the entrance to the Metropolitan Area of Reggio Calabria. Very interesting from a cultural and tourist point of view. To visit.
