F	Federica Cangiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi è piaciuto molto il lavoro svolto. Ho acquistato qui una cucina su misura e una cameretta. La cucina mi è stata portata con pezzi mancanti, le porte del frigo erano completamente sbagliate rispetto alla tipologia di frigo scelto. Ho pagato degli extra per avere dei buoni elettrodomestici e così non è stato. Il piano cottura si è macchiato sin da subito come il lavello, il forno ha le funzioni base e non funzioni extra come accordato. Quando l'hanno montata si son dimenticati della struttura per poggiare i piatti nel gocciolatoio, le mensole nei mobili e hanno messo la zoccolatura in meno pur sapendo il metraggio della cucina stessa, le maniglie delle porte son state montate tutte distorte e andavano cambiate. La cameretta quando è stata montata hanno scheggiato i bordi delle porte e hanno forato il cassettone e per non far notare l'errore hanno montato la maniglia in modo inclinato. I pezzi mancanti della cucina li abbiamo dovuti ritirare noi presso il mobilificio e non erano manco dello stesso colore della cucina. Per la sostituzione delle porte del frigo è del cassettone della cameretta ho dovuto attendere ben 5 mesi, mesi in cui quando chiedevamo notizie ci veniva risposto che stavano lavorando per noi, manco a fare i mobili daccapo ci avessero messo tutto questo tempo. Per la consegna erano stati pattuiti 15 giorni e ne hanno impiegati il doppio. Abbiamo pagato profumatamente e siamo stati trattati con sufficienza. Di certo non li sceglierò ora che devo comprare una nuova cucina. I didn't really like the work done. I bought a bespoke kitchen and a bedroom here. The kitchen was brought to me with missing pieces, the fridge doors were completely wrong with respect to the type of fridge chosen. I paid extra for good appliances and it didn't. The hob was stained right away like the sink, the oven has the basic functions and no extra functions as agreed. When they mounted it they forgot the structure to place the dishes in the drip tray, the shelves in the furniture and they put the skirting in less even knowing the footage of the kitchen itself, the door handles were all distorted and had to be changed. When the bedroom was assembled, they chipped the edges of the doors and pierced the chest of drawers and to avoid noticing the error they mounted the handle at an angle. We had to collect the missing pieces of the kitchen at the furniture factory and they were not even the same color as the kitchen. To replace the doors of the fridge and the chest of drawers in the bedroom I had to wait 5 months, months in which when we asked for news we were told that they were working for us, not even to make the furniture all over again it took all this time. For delivery, 15 days had been agreed and it took twice as long. We paid handsomely and were treated fairly. I certainly won't choose them now that I have to buy a new kitchen.

La cappa si è macchiata così come il lavello e dopo due anni la cucina cadeva a pezzi. Quindi ho dovuto acquistare x forza un'altra cucina altrove ovviamente. Arrivo in sede e mi accorgo che il prodotto acquistato era graffiato e pieno di polvere. Evidenzio il problema è mi dicono che lo avrebbero riordinato. Arrivo a casa, il tempo di spiegarlo a mia moglie, mi contattano dicendo che il prodotto non lo possono riordinare. Morale della favola, mi ri_invitono da loro per ritirare l'acconto versato. P. In giornata publico anche le foto xfarvi vedere quello che mi avete montato e arrivato. La cucina la colonna forno e arrivata rotta il frigo a incasso non si chiude bene un mobile da 45 centimetri e arrivato rotto e francesco ci a preso solo in giro questo e x la cucina . La camera da letto il letto ho dovuto chiamare un professionista x farlo mettere a posto . I wish I hadn't come down to this for the person who brought me to you.
