Sono 3 giorni che mi contattano per prendere appuntamento per una consegna che non effettuano. Bha!!! Too bad you can't do a 0 star review. What they deserve. La bolla è del 10 novembre e oggi, 17 novembre, a distanza di una settimana, si presenta un autista alle 17:40 con un bancaletto con una decina di scatoloni che in 5 minuti avremmo sbancalato asserendo che non era suo compito portarsi via il bancale. Considerando che ho un negozio di 20 mq e che da HACCP non mi sarebbe consentito avere il bancale in negozio, ho chiesto, come sempre fatto con gli altri corrieri, di darmi il tempo, ovvero 5 minuti 5, di sbancalare ma non c'è stato verso. Si è portato via tutto il bancale intero... Chissà se domani, o tra una settimana magari, visti i tempi biblici di questo primo tentativo, torneranno in consegna con un po' di buonsenso e collaborazione. Nel frattempo ho inviato una mail di reclamo al mio fornitore in quanto a quell'ora non mi è stato possibile contattarli telefonicamente per definire la questione in tempo reale.
