★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to the previous poster for pointing me in the direction of Dr. Momicchioli with your review. Was staying in Montepulciano for several months and right before I was to leave, I had a major tooth ache. Went in without an appointment, they got me in right away and were super flexible with my basic Italian and google translate to communicate everything clearly. Within an hour, they'd figured out I needed a root canal, did the initial part, gave me a temporary cavity filling and made sure I understood I had to get it checked out right away when I arrived home. Staff were incredibly kind, and as an anxious dental patient with only a basic understanding of Italian, that kindness went a long way! Many thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re a visitor in Montepulciano and need emergency dental repairs, Dr. Mario and his hygienist may not speak English, but they are kind, efficient, effective and welcome to walk-ins. I badly chipped a tooth and they had me in a chair getting repaired within 30 minutes, and I was on my way 45 minutes after that. Highly recommended.
