L	Luca Orfano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la mia Ford Kuga ho avuto in 8 anni 3 problemi abbastanza importanti (cambio, filtro antiparticolato e un problema di vibrazioni) e 3 volte mi hanno individuato la causa e risolto in al primo colpo il problema senza dover fare lavori impossibili o cambiare parti costosissime. E' vero che i prezzi sono un pochino superiori alla media ma qui metti l'auto in mano a dei professionisti With my Ford Kuga I have had 3 quite important problems in 8 years (gearbox, particle filter and a vibration problem) and 3 times they have identified the cause and solved the problem in the first time without having to do impossible jobs or change expensive parts . It is true that the prices are a little above average but here you put the car in the hands of professionals

Mi sono trovato bene dal momento in cui ho chiamato per la macchina al momento in cui l ho acquistata anche perché il personale è davvero educato. I bought a used Alfa Romeo in this dealership but which can be defined as new thanks to the qualified staff, they are available and timely. I was happy from the moment I called for the car to the moment I bought it also because the staff are really polite.

Do' l'acconto richiesto per confermare l'acquisto...Dopo quasi un mese per attivare le pratiche per il finanziamento ( tempi burocratici indipendenti dalla concessionaria) ritiro l'auto che mostra subito i primi problemi!!! La chiusura centralizzata non funziona, la macchina non va in temperatura ( termostato guasto). Inoltre, al momento della prova dell'auto chiedo come mai il pedale della frizione stacchi così in alto e mi rispondono : " Queste macchine sono tutte così " !!! Risultato?? Dopo due settimane la frizione slitta e mi lascia a piedi e loro rispondono : " Ma la frizione non è in garanzia neanche sulle macchine nuove, figuriamoci su quelle usate!!!! " I soldi però erano tutti buoni e lo, sconto non si è potuto fare perché la macchina era praticamente nuova ???? GRAZIE PER LA VOSTRA SUPER PROFESSIONALITÀ!!!!!! Lascio ai lettori di questa recensione il giudizio finale. ..... I bought a used car. I give the deposit required to confirm the purchase ... After almost a month to activate the procedures for the financing (bureaucratic times independent of the dealership) I withdraw the car which immediately shows the first problems !!! The central locking does not work, the machine does not go up to temperature (faulty thermostat). Also, at the time of the car test I ask why the clutch pedal detaches so high and they answer me: "These cars are all like this" !!! Result?? After two weeks the clutch slips and leaves me on foot and they reply: "But the clutch is not under warranty even on new cars, let alone on used ones !!!!" But the money was all good and the discount could not be made because the car was practically new ???? THANKS FOR YOUR SUPER PROFESSIONALISM !!!!!! I leave the final judgment to the readers of this review. .....
