★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un divano letto angolare 6 anni fa (2.100€) e 3 anni fa ha cominciato a sgretolarsi completamente... ad oggi mi ritrovo un divano pessimo e inguardabile (abbiamo dovuto cambiarlo dalla disperazione).. siamo stati in negozio per chiedere spiegazioni ma hanno risposto che era una cosa normale dopo 3 anni..........e che per SOLI 1500 € ce l'avrebbero rifoderato... VERGOGNOSI... non fidatevi
We bought a corner sofa bed 6 years ago (€ 2,100) and 3 years ago it started to crumble completely ... today I find myself a very bad and unwatchable sofa (we had to change it out of desperation) .. we went to the shop to ask for explanations but they replied that it was normal after 3 years .......... and that for ONLY 1500 € they would have re-upholstered it ... SHAME ... do not trust

Scorretti e maleducati come nessuno mai.
1700 euro di divano, pagato TUTTO SULL’UNGHIA, chiamato per un problema, ma la risposta è stata maleducata e menefreghista.
Liquidato con un “il divano è così”, senza nemmeno un sopralluogo per capire il problema.
PESSIMI. VERAMENTE PESSIMI.

Incorrect and rude like no one ever.
1700 euros for a sofa, paid EVERYTHING ON THE NAIL, called for a problem, but the answer was rude and indifferent.
Cleared with a "the sofa is like this", without even an inspection to understand the problem.
BAD. REALLY BAD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Divano acquistato 6 anni fa....(ecopelle 3+2 posti con letto contenitore)...valore 2100€...dopo soli 3 anni il divano ha cominciato a sfogliarsi....oggi ho un divano vergognoso e se vai da loro ti dicono pure che è normale e hanno il coraggio di chiederti 1000€ per ripararlo.....VERGOGNA.

Sofa purchased 6 years ago .... (3 + 2 seater eco-leather with storage bed) ... value € 2100 ... after just 3 years the sofa started to peel .... today I have a shameful sofa and if you go they also tell you that it is normal and have the courage to ask you 1000 € to repair it ..... SHAME.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
