Lavori NON svolti che erano stati inseriti in preventivo: concimazione piante in vaso e pulizia canale pluviale.
Inoltre è sparito un bidone nuovo per compost da 300 litri e prezzo €80 ( mi dicono buttato via "per sbaglio"). Mi verrà rimpiazzato con un atto più piccolo e di qualità minore ( da 40€ su Amazon).
Al momento del pagamento mi dicono che se voglio pagare con bancomat devo aggiungere al preventivo €66 di iva (!). Quindi la spesa diventa € 660 +€ 66.
Decisamente non soddisfatto del garden Molteni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente inaffidabile! Dopo un primo contatto, avvenuto presso il loro vivaio, per commissionare un grosso lavoro attendavamo un sopralluogo per poter avere un preventivo. Non si è mai presentato nessuno! inizialmente ci hanno dato un range abbastanza ampio di giorni per farci sapere quando sarebbero venuti, ma nessuno si è mai fatto vivo.... dopo un nostro messaggio c'è stato risposto sì domani è perfetto, le faccio sapere l'orario ... e di nuovo tutto tace e nessuno si presenta. Abbiamo deciso di telefonare, nel corso della telefonata ci siamo accordati per il giorno successivo in una determinata fascia oraria. ben dopo due ore di ritardo nessuno si è visto.... quello che trovo inammissibile è che almeno una telefonata o un messaggio, per buona educazione, sarebbero stati dovuti... invece nulla! Nessuno si è visto e nessuno si è fatto sentire e pensare che ho anche rinunciato a vedere degli amici per essere puntuale al sopralluogo....
A mio avviso sono quindi assolutamente inaffidabili
Absolutely unreliable! After a first contact, which took place at their nursery, to commission a large job we awaited an inspection in order to have a quote. Nobody ever showed up! initially they gave us a fairly wide range of days to let us know when they would come, but no one ever showed up .... after our message we were answered yes tomorrow is perfect, I'll let you know the time .. . and again everything is silent and nobody shows up. We decided to call, during the call we agreed for the next day at a certain time slot. well after two hours of delay no one has seen .... what I find inadmissible is that at least a phone call or a message, for good education, should have been due ... instead nothing! No one has seen and no one has made himself heard and think that I have also given up seeing friends to be on time for the inspection ....
In my opinion they are therefore absolutely unreliable

La miriade di prodotti che hanno, sia di piante, che di fiori, che di vasi, che di attrezzature da giardino varie, etc...etc... è imbrazzante! C'è da perdersi dentro! Grazie, tornerò senz'altro.
The kindness, hospitality and professionalism of the owner are truly magnificent qualities that make you want to come back, even just to buy a pot for a cactus. The myriad of products they have, both plants, flowers, vases, various garden equipment, etc ... etc ... is embarrassing! There is to get lost inside! Thanks, I'll definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione inesistente. A inizio luglio mi sono rivolta a Molteni Garden per acquistare delle poltrone da giardino marca FIAM come quelle acquistate da loro alcuni anni prima. Da luglio a fine settembre sono ritornata di persona tre volte al garden, ho scritto mail e fatto diverse telefonate. Mi hanno risposto sempre molto sbrigativamente dicendomi che avrebbero chiesto la disponibilità, poi che sarebbero arrivate ma dopo agosto causa problemi consegne Covid, poi che la ditta non rispondeva, poi di non chiamare e che mi avrebbero contattato loro. A fine settembre non solo non mi avevano mai chiamata una sola volta, neppure mi hanno saputo dire il costo del prodotto. Ho quindi deciso di telefonare alla ditta produttrice FIAM: hanno risposto subito, gentilissimi, dicendomi di rivolgermi al loro rivenditore via internet. Ho fatto il bonifico e nel giro di TRE giorni mi sono state recapitate le poltrone senza neppur dover pagare i costi di spedizione!

From July to the end of September I went back to the garden in person three times, wrote emails and made several phone calls. They always replied very quickly, telling me that they would ask for availability, then that they would arrive but after August due to Covid delivery problems, then that the company did not respond, then not to call and that they would contact me. At the end of September not only had they never called me once, they couldn't even tell me the cost of the product. I therefore decided to call the manufacturer FIAM: they answered immediately, very kind, telling me to contact their dealer via the internet. I made the transfer and within THREE days the armchairs were delivered without even having to pay the shipping costs!
