★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si parla della "Macelleria Gennaro Mollo", dire solo "Macelleria" non rende giustizia alla realtà della cose.
Questo è il luogo dove la qualità ed il gusto si incontrano fino a toccare livelli altissimi. Non troverete Angus argentini, vacchetta scozzese, kobe giapponese o altre stranezze.
Troverete solo carni pregiate Italiane certificate: bovine, suine, ovini, conigli polli. Tutto questo mediamente ottimo, ma anche molto spesso eccezionale.Il banco pieno di delizie gastronomiche (tutte preparate dallo staff Mollo), è un vero incanto. Da segnalare la specchiata pulizia dei locali, l'attenzione per l' igiene è maniacale.
When it comes to the "Macelleria Gennaro Mollo", saying only "Macelleria" does not do justice to the reality of things.
This is the place where quality and taste meet up to reach very high levels. You won't find Argentine Angus, Scottish cowhide, Japanese kobe or other oddities.
You will find only certified Italian quality meats: beef, pork, sheep, rabbits and chickens. All this on average excellent, but also very often exceptional. The counter full of gastronomic delights (all prepared by the Mollo staff) is a real charm. Note the mirrored cleaning of the premises, the attention to hygiene is obsessive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima macelleria con prodotti ben assortito se guardi la vetrina ce molto assortimento hai l'imbarazzo della scelta con pietanze da preparare o già preparate. Devo dire anche che ce la massima pulizia e la prima macelleria non ho viste altre che non ce quel odore strano che si sentono nelle macellerie. Il personale e molto gentile e ti cerca sempre di accontentarti . Posso solo consigliarla e dare il massimo 5 stelle
Excellent butcher with well-assorted products if you look at the window with a lot of assortment you are spoiled for choice with dishes to be prepared or already prepared.
