★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo diverse telefonate a cui non ho ricevuto risposta, mi sono recata allo studio personalmente perché bisognosa di un'ecografia molto urgente ma la risposta fredda e un po' scocciata della segreteria è stata "La disponibilità per un'ecografia è a fine maggio".
Purtroppo questo tempo non lo abbiamo e nonostante io abbia preferito scegliere uno studio privato proprio per velocizzare i tempi di attesa, il riscontro è stato questo e di gran lunga molto negativo.
Non ci tornerò mai più perché la disponibilità per il cliente è pari a zero.
Non posso esprimermi sulle abilità e sulla professionalità del dottore perchè purtroppo non l'ho mai incontrato.
After several phone calls to which I have not received an answer, I went to the office personally because I needed a very urgent ultrasound but the cold and a little annoyed answer from the secretariat was "The availability for an ultrasound is at the end of May".
Unfortunately, we do not have this time and although I preferred to choose a private studio to speed up waiting times, the response was this and by far very negative.
I will never go back there because the availability for the customer is zero.
I cannot comment on the doctor's skills and professionalism because unfortunately I never met him.
