★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qui si moliva il grano agli inizi del secolo scorso. Un antico mulino restaurato, ben custodito dalla pro loco di Valderice e dove gli operatori volontari della pro loco stessa guidano i visitatori, illustrando loro come si svolgeva il processo di lavorazione di un tempo.
Here the wheat was milled at the beginning of the last century. An ancient restored mill, well guarded by the local tourist board of Valderice and where the volunteer operators of the same place guide the visitors, explaining to them how the working process of the past took place.
