★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' la prima volta che sono venuto alle Piscine Molinazzo. Molti miei amici me ne avevano parlato come se fosse un paradiso a pochi minuti da Parma. Oggi sono partito con mia moglie da Milano e abbiamo deciso di prenotare un Gazebo Relax in zona Laguna Relax.
Siamo arrivati alle 9:30 e abbiamo parcheggiato nel parcheggio privato prenotato online. Un bellissimo, ordinato e ampio atrio con una statua con un cavallo di legno con un cavallerizzo ci hanno dato un senso di calore. 4 casse ben esposte con segnaletiche ben chiare. Una giovane cassiera ci ha accolto con gentilezza e un sorriso dandoci il biglietto per il nostro privè.
Dalle foto e dalla mappa interattiva la struttura sembrava grande, ma nulla rende l'idea della vastità dell'impianto. Colori freschi e greci nell'area olimpionica; un immenso ed avvolgente bosco che collega la zona olimpionica con la Laguna Relax; la Laguna Relax che ha un tocco caraibico/arabo. Io sono rimasto sbalordito dalla pulizia, dai tantissimi servizi e dall'accoglienza avuta dal tutti.
Nonostante le regole imposte dal Covid-19 che non rende certamente facile la gestione, ho visto impegno ed organizzazione per attenersi alle regole e nello stesso tempo accontentare i clienti. Purtroppo c'è ancora molta gente maleducata e forse ancora inconsapevole delle regole imposte che rende difficile secondo me il lavoro degli altri (anch'io ho un'attività).
Quindi voto 10 anche per la pazienza ed organizzazione impeccabile!

It is the first time that I have come to the Molinazzo pools. Many of my friends had told me about it as if it were a paradise just a few minutes from Parma. Today I left with my wife from Milan and we decided to book a Relax Gazebo in the Laguna Relax area.
We arrived at 9:30 am and parked in the private parking booked online. A beautiful, uncluttered and large atrium with a statue with a wooden horse with a horseman gave us a sense of warmth. 4 crates well exposed with clear signs. A young cashier greeted us with kindness and a smile giving us the ticket for our private room.
From the photos and the interactive map the structure seemed large, but nothing gives an idea of the vastness of the system. Fresh and Greek colors in the Olympic area; an immense and enveloping forest that connects the Olympic area with the Relax Lagoon; the Laguna Relax which has a Caribbean / Arab touch. I was amazed by the cleanliness, the many services and the welcome received from everyone.
Despite the rules imposed by Covid-19 which certainly does not make management easy, I have seen commitment and organization to comply with the rules and at the same time satisfy the customers. Unfortunately, there are still many rude and perhaps still unaware of the imposed rules that make the work of others difficult in my opinion (I also have a business).
So vote 10 also for patience and impeccable organization!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parco con piscine e campi da beach volleyball. Molto frequentato anche da persone provenienti dalle province limitrofe. Molto belle le scenografie e l'arredo dei giardini attorno ai bar e alle vasche. Molto belli anche i gazebo a bordo vasca o nelle aree a tema. Bellissima la zona con sabbia bianca. punti dolenti: l'ingresso dove c'è spesso disorganizzazione, i bar dove scarseggiano paste e gelati, l'affollamento fra gli ombrelloni. Credo sia troppo caotica.
Park with swimming pools and beach volleyball courts. Also very popular with people from neighboring provinces. Very beautiful the scenographies and the decoration of the gardens around the bars and pools. The gazebos by the pool or in the themed areas are also very beautiful. The area with white sand is beautiful. sore points: the entrance where there is often disorganization, the bars where there is a shortage of pastas and ice cream, crowding among the umbrellas. I think it's too chaotic.
