Carla straordinaria! Non solo mi ha cambiato l hotel in corso d opera prenotando un hotel strepitoso e centralissimo ma è stata grandissima quando, avendo cancellato il volo di ritorno previsto per il 4 gennaio causa forte mal tempo, ha trovato un albergo per garantire ricovero ai ragazzi che diversamente sarebbero dovuti restare in aeroporto per 3 gg. In contatto costante con la mia primogenita fino alle 2,30 di notte ora italiana. Senza di lei non so proprio come avremmo fatto noi genitori e loro li al JFK spaventate al max. Grazie Carla. Non lo dimenticheremo!
I met this travel agency thanks to my colleague. I used it to organize New Year's Eve in New York for my girls. Availability and friendliness never met before. Extraordinary Carla! Not only did I change the hotel during construction by booking an amazing and very central hotel but it was great when, having canceled the return flight scheduled for January 4th due to severe bad weather, she found a hotel to guarantee hospitalization for the children who otherwise they should have stayed at the airport for 3 days. In constant contact with my firstborn until 2.30 am Italian time. Without her I don't really know how we parents would have done and they scared them to the max at JFK. Thanks Carla. We won't forget it!
