tratta i clienti con sufficienza e scortesia.
Peccato perche’ il resto dello staff e’ squisito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERGOGNA. Purtroppo non è possibile mettere meno di una stella. Lavorando in aeroporto, mi sono spesso recata in questo store per acquistare prodotti per me o per fare regali (anche personalizzati). L'ultima volta ho richiesto di incidere le iniziali della mia fidanzata. La commessa sbaglia la prima incisione, mette da parte l'agenda e prova ad inciderne un'altra. Sbaglia ancora e tenta di correggere l'errore incidendo e incidendo diverse volte la stessa agenda. Risultato: un orrore. Chiedo di rifare il prodotto, ma interviene la store manager sostenendo che i prodotti Moleskine vengono personalizzati così e se a me non piace il loro stile non possono farci nulla e devo pagare comunque. Purtroppo non ho una foto da mostrarvi ma immaginate una serie di A e B sovrapposte tipo disegno in 3D mezze sbavate e storte. Di fronte alla maleducazione della store manager (che ha continuato a criticare me e la mia mancanza di gusto per diversi minuti) ho cominciato ad urlare fino ad attirare l'attenzione degli altri clienti. Solo a quel punto la store manger ha preso una nuova agenda e l’ha incisa nuovamente questa volta in modo corretto (la differenza era lampante). Non sono mai più rientrata in questo store e mi dispiace, ma tutte le volte che ci passo davanti e incrocio lo sguardo di una persona tanto maleducata mi passa la voglia. Cambiate personale e magari tornerò.
SHAME. Unfortunately it is not possible to put less than one star. Working at the airport, I often went to this store to buy products for myself or to give gifts (even personalized ones). Last time I asked to engrave my fiancee's initials. The saleswoman misses the first incision, puts the agenda aside and tries to engrave another one. Make a mistake again and try to correct the error by cutting and cutting the same agenda several times. Result: a horror. I ask to redo the product, but the store manager intervenes claiming that Moleskine products are personalized like this and if I don't like their style they can't do anything about it and I have to pay anyway. Unfortunately I don't have a photo to show you but imagine a series of overlapping A and B like 3D design half smudged and crooked. Faced with the rude of the store manager (who continued to criticize me and my lack of taste for several minutes) I started screaming until I attracted the attention of other customers. Only at that point did the store manger take a new agenda and engrave it again this time correctly (the difference was clear). I never went back to this store and I'm sorry, but every time I step in front of it and I meet the gaze of such a rude person I feel like it. Change staff and maybe I'll be back.
