I suggest you try Fiori di zucca stuffed with tender paste of fish and cheese. And Flan di melanzane — a tender eggplant mouse.
Also not very Italian, but I like to get my Caesar salad here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern place in the center of the city, it has an internal room under a dome. Food taste is fine, giving a contemporaneus vision of italian food. You can find also good pizza and hamburguers with home made bread (tasty). Staff is very polite and prices are not expensive. Good experience!!!

We were traveling around the Dolomites prior to visiting Prato and Firenze and craving real, authentic Tuscan food, and this place delivered. We were so hungry we ordered most everything and didn’t leave anything on our plates, seriously! Highlights were the spaghetti delle vongole (clams), spaghetti nguja and burrata pizza. Also excellent English speakers and able to explain the menu well. Loved it!
