Si sono dimostrati professionalmente al top, sia per quanto riguarda la sfera amministrativa e burocratica (I sig. Licia e Massimo che mi hanno aiutata e consigliata nella scelta degli infissi, la Sig.ra Marika che al telefono è stata sempre gentile e disponibile, il Tecnico che mi ha guidata passo dopo passo al telefono per la compilazione della certificazione ENEA per l' ecobonus sempre paziente e gentile!! Il personale che ha montato gli infissi è eccellente!!! Sono dei veri professionisti, molto seri educati e puntuali (l' appuntamento era alle 8 e alle 8 erano in casa) una vera e propria squadra...smontavano i vecchi infissi e subito rimontavano i nuovi con estrema sicurezza e competenza. GLI INFISSI SONO STUPENDI, sembrano essere di legno, color ciliegio, curati nei minimi dettagli e la perfezione si nota anche nella posa in opera! un lavoro molto dettagliato elegante e curato in tutti i suoi aspetti, un design moderno e funzionale: ora l' appartamento è piu caldo, isolato sia dal freddo che dai rumori esterni che sono impercetibili. Sono soddisfatta su tutto. Qualità-prezzo ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Positive in all aspects. Delivery times have been respected. All staff are qualified and experienced. They proved professionally at the top, both as regards the administrative and bureaucratic sphere (Mr. Licia and Massimo who helped and advised me in the choice of the fixtures, Mrs. Marika who was always polite and helpful on the phone, the Technician who guided me step by step on the phone to fill in the ENEA certification for the eco-bonus always patient and kind !! The staff who installed the fixtures is excellent !!! They are real professionals, very serious, polite and punctual (the appointment was at 8 and at 8 they were at home) a real team ... they dismantled the old fixtures and immediately reassembled the new ones with extreme safety and competence. THE FRAMES ARE WONDERFUL, they seem to be made of wood, cherry-colored, with attention to the smallest details and perfection is also noticeable in the installation! a very detailed work elegant and cared for in all its aspects, a modern and functional design: now the apartment is warmer, isolated from both the cold and the external noises that are imperceptible. I am satisfied with everything. Excellent price-quality. I highly recommend it to everyone.
