La storia cambia se per qualche problematica evidente sarete costretti a chiedere conto delle caratteristiche tecniche dichiarate in contratto rispetto a quelle riscontrabili sul prodotto consegnato. Data l'esperienza personale la ditta a preferito rimanere indifferente al problema ,probabilmente grave e troppo oneroso da risolvere, lavandosene le mani. Ho cercato in tutti i modi di fare valere i miei diritti sulla garanzia ma l'azienda si è sempre negata a risolvere i problemi. Inoltre noto che le loro risposte a giudizi negativi si limitano a scaricare la colpa, sul loro mancato intervento risolutivo, a coloro i quali sono stati loro clienti, che hanno di fatto contributo a far crescere l'azienda attraverso il loro acquisto. Quindi stento a credere che ci sia qualcuno che paga per poi non pretendere di farsi risolvere problemi e vizi evidenti. Molto probabilmente l'azienda Modesti deve ancora prendere consapevolezza che ignorando il cliente che riceve un prodotto privo degli standard promessi ignora se stessa. Bad experience. Gli infissi consegnati sono pessimi, le guarnizioni non chiudono, penetra aria fredda intorno al perimetro e si sentono i rumori esterni. Per problemi in garanzia non si sono fatti vivi. Aggiornamento: ho subito inviato una mail dopo la loro risposta a risolvere le problematiche da me esposte, fornendo i dati identificativi da loro richesti con la volontà di ricredermi sul loro operato. Ad oggi le parole sono rimaste tali, nessuno mi ha contattato per definire gli interventi da eseguire. A questo punto, potevano risparmiare di perder tempo a rispondermi visto che il loro comportamento non è affatto cambiato, lasciandomi un prodotto difettoso e scadente sotto ogni punto di vista. L'addetta alle vendite è stata molto gentile prima dell'acquisto ma nel post vendita sono stati pessimi . I muri attorno agli infissi hanno infiltrazioni pazzesche , al primo richiamo sono venuti a sigillarli ...dopo vari richiami e con molta reticenza. Altri infissi hanno infiltrazioni ma quando li ho chiamati hanno detto in maniera molto soft che non è un loro problema e quindi non sono più venuti più. Si vantano di fare infissi dei castelli in Francia...ma non sono in grado di montare infissi in una semplice casa . Pessimi diffidate di chi li consiglia Bad experience.
