Dal pane sfornato in moltissimi formati alle pizze in varie foggie, inimitabili le pizzette rotonde, ai pasticcini di vari gusti. Ora anche il pane con le farine antiche siciliane. Per chi vuole attrezzarsi per un pic-nic in spiaggia, vi sono anche ottime arancine. Sarebbe auspicabile l'installazione di un elimina code.
