Appartamento SPLENDIDO. Dotato di tutti i servizi ed i comfort moderni come una vera propria. Ottima posizione, tranquilla e vicina al cuore di Venezia, Piazza San Marco. Spazioso, moderno, dispone di una cucina, soggiorno con una divano letto, tv led, WiFi, aria condizionata, lavatrice ed asciugatrice ed altro, due camere da letto, culla per bambini su richiesta, bagno. Ampio corridoio. Davvero consigliato. La professionalità e la cordialità dei Host è incredibile. CONSIGLIATO. SPLENDID apartment. Equipped with all the modern services and comforts like a real one. Excellent location, quiet and close to the heart of Venice, Piazza San Marco. Spacious, modern, it has a kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, LED TV, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer and more, two bedrooms, baby cot on request, bathroom. Wide corridor. Really recommended. The professionalism and friendliness of the hosts is incredible. RECOMMENDED.

Siamo stati solo una notte ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Casa ben fornita e pulita in una zona tranquilla ma vicina alla fermata del battello e ai ristoranti.

The apartment itself was nice and clean, tho the communication with the owners was really bad, basically anything we asked was just not possible out of unknown reasons. Do not recommend if you want a trouble-free stay in Venezia.

We booked this apartment on airbnb months in advance, having arrived in venice we asked the owners if it would be possible to check into the apartment earlier. They declined, although it frustrating, we acknowledged that that was their right, to be clear, we requested this once. Later the same day, 15 minutes before our supposed check in, the owners refused to provide the address. They released the information 10 minutes after our check in, meaning we were unable to begin navigating towards the address. Other than this frustration, the apartment was good, clean and as described. They only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people. We bought more, instead of requesting, as this would likely lead to a negative interaction. I am happy to have saved the next guests of the trouble of going to the local supermarket because of an error on the hosts behalf. We also requested a later checkout (existing was 10am). It came as no surprise, they declined. Nevertheless, we departed the apartment at 10am. The apartment was left clean, and in the condition we found it. To our surprise, we discovered the owners review of our stay on airbnb, accusing us of leaving the apartment in a mess, and a bunch of other false accusations. This is very frustrating, my only hope in leaving this message here, is other are careful when dealing with these people. Be sure to document your stay, as it seems this bunch are attempting manipulate a system for financial benefit. Just be wary of these hosts. ****** A side note, please also notice how the majority of the reviews of this Airbnb are false, some digging suggest that their friends are providing them, I would even suggest some are fake and paid for. I'm sorry to say that this was really not a pleasant journey for us. We did not feel welcomed at all. The host is very hard to communicate. This is so far the most unpleasant stay in my entire Airbnb experience. The whole experience made us feel not trusted and as if want us to leave immediately. The room is nice and clean. However for 5 guests only 2 toilet paper rolls, which is really fine, we bought more and would be happily helping the next guests. They accused us of insisting on checking in early, however just to be clear we only politely asked once, but they were offended for some reason. After knowing it is not okay we were totally fine with it, but the host suddenly turned into bad attitude as if we shouldn't have asked. They asked us for our important documents couple days before, it is my fault I did not see it and I apologized to them, and asked if we can meet up at the apartment first as we were all separated, it would be easier to collect such important information. They were mad and command us to send the documents immediately, which we did. They did not send us the address until 15 mins after check-in time. which is also fine. However, they accused me on my review of not responding to their messages. My phone died around check-in time, which my boyfriend called them and explained everything at the moment, but they chose to ignore it on the review. They accused us of leaving the apartment dirty and spent more time on cleaning it. We left it clean, and we spent most of the time outside. Where does the spend more time cleaning come from? Oh right, it is because we asked before we leave if we can check out at 12am instead of 10am, they said no and provide us a safe room costs 3euro per hour. At the point we were already in a dilemma of this awkward situation and we responded 'we understand you need 6 hours to prepare the room for the next occupants'. It is not a nice way to get back at us. Unfortunately we did not take photos before we leave, as we never ever experience such insult before. Good luck to the people who choose to stay with them.
