In breve, ci consegnano il prodotto completamente diverso da ciò che ci era stato proposto e fatto firmare, nel momento in cui esponiamo la problematica ci fanno aspettare un mese per dirci che sul prossimo ordine ci avrebbero tolto l’impianto stampa (equivalente al 7% dell’importo che avevamo pagato, un grosso ordine) e che è normale che il risultato finale sia diverso dalle bozze, molto strano ma se così fosse andrebbe sottolineato prima, non dopo il pagamento e la stampa. Per finire, noi abbiamo un prodotto che non possiamo utilizzare perché non è ciò che abbiamo richiesto ma loro comunque hanno voluto tutto il pagamento anticipato per stare nel sicuro.
Veramente delusi. Sconsigliato.
Lack of professionalism in handling a mistake made by them against us.
In short, they deliver the product completely different from what we had been proposed and made to sign, when we expose the problem they make us wait a month to tell us that on the next order they would remove the printing system (equivalent to 7% of the amount we had paid, a large order) and that it is normal that the final result is different from the drafts, very strange but if so it should be emphasized before, not after payment and printing. Finally, we have a product that we cannot use because it is not what we requested but they still wanted all the prepayment to be safe.
Really disappointed. Not recommended.
